The Flea Market is open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from dawn to dusk. We are open year round, regardless of weather conditions, with the exception of a few holidays.Parking is FREE on Wednesdays.

  • Wednesday: Vendor Gates open at 6 AM. (Limited Sellers)
  • Friday: Vendor Gates open at 6 AM. (Limited Sellers)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Vendor Gates open at 5 AM.
  • Garden at the Flea (Evening Events): Visit gardenattheflea.com for more info.
  • Vendors need to be on their space at 8 AM or the space will be resold.
  • Vendors are independent businesses and may open at their preferred days & times.

  • Parking is FREE on Wednesdays.
  • Admission is Free to attendees who park on property General Parking Lots.
  • Friday Parking - $5
  • Saturday Parking - $10
  • Sunday Parking - $20
  • Free Saturday/Sunday Parking before 8 AM.
  • NOTICE: Parking across the street may get your car towed.
  • Only Drop-Off/Walk-in Location is at the Entrance of the Berryessa BART Station.
  • Walk-in Entry Admission (visitors who are dropped off, takes public transit, bikes, park off-site, etc.) must enter through the Garden at the Flea entrance next to the Berryessa BART Station. Google Map Link>>
  • Walk-in Entry on Saturdays is $3
  • Walk-in Entry on Sunday is $5
  • Wed/Friday Walk-In Entry is Free.

Is there ATM's at the Flea Market?

Yes. There are ATMs at 4 locations within the Flea Market.

Can I use credit/debit cards?

The Flea Market accepts cash and most concessions also accept credit cards. Some vendors do accept credit cards.

What do I do if a member of my party gets lost or separated?

Approach any security officer or management at a concession stand for assistance. Lost or separated parties will be directed to meet at the flagpole, located in the front of the Flea Market, at 2nd & E Street. You can also get directions to the flagpole from any Flea Market employee. Lost children are taken to the Information Office, located on 4th and E streets.

Is there a lost & found available?

Yes. The Lost and Found is at the Information Office, which is located on 4th and E streets.

Are dogs allowed at the Flea Market?

Only service animals are allowed. This is to be in compliance with all state and local laws.

Are you closed on rainy days?

No. We are open rain or shine, year round. Vendors do operate as separate entities and can choose to be open or closed on rain days.

Is there food & snacks available?

There are dozens of snack bars and food concession stands at the market. We offer traditional “fair” food like corn dogs, French fries, popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream, and Mexican food like nachos, tacos and burritos. Variety of food trucks are also available to provide different cuisines. View our ACTIVITES page for details.

What types of goods are sold at the San Jose Flea Market?

Is there available bike lock parking?

Yes. Bike racks are available at Garden at the Flea Entrance. You must provide your own locking device.
