RESERVATIONS:
- You can reserve a weekend space one week in advance.
- All advance purchases must be made in person at the Reservation Booth.
- Rent must be paid in cash at time of reservation.
- There is a $10.00 reservation fee for all advance weekend reservations.
RESERVATION BOOTH HOURS OF OPERATION:
- SATURDAY:8:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
- SUNDAY:8:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: Buildings and certain open spaces are also available for monthly rental. Rental rate depends on the type, size, and location of space. Weekend rentals range from $275.00 - $825.00 per month. Priority consideration is given to vendors with unique, seasonal, or different merchandise. Please inquire at the Reservation Booth for more information.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Vendors who sell at The Flea Market more than twice a year must have and present a valid California Resale Permit. All monthly vendors are required to present a valid California Resale Permit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL Sorry, there are no rain checks, refunds, or exchanges. The Flea Market is open every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, rain or shine. Sellers must be set up on their space before 8:00 A.M. or the space will be resold. Gates open at 6:00 A.M. on weekdays, 5:00 A.M. on weekends. Reservations are not required to sell.
